Monday
Blend with Brigitte - 5:30 pm I 75 min
A combination of flow and slow burn, this class offers opportunities link body and breath in different ways. Expect guided instruction in combination with time to “flow on your own”, giving each yogi the choice to move at their own pace, depth and intensity. Class will also include strengthening postures and playful balances. Seated, standing, supine and occasional inverted poses are all part of a typical class. This class is suitable for yogis with some experience; however yogis of all levels who are comfortable modifying for their bodies are welcome.
Tuesday
Deep Stretch with Brigitte - 5:30 pm I 75 min
This slow-paced class cultivates mindful awareness of body through yin-inspired deep stretches. Expect on the ground postures, long holds, and deep breaths. Accessible to all body types & skill levels.
Wednesday
Vinyasa Flow with Sascha - 5:30 pm I 60 min
Step onto your mat and prepare to sweat, stretch, and flow. This energizing Vinyasa class begins with a mindful joint warm-up to awaken your body and prepare it for movement. From there, we’ll dive into a dynamic, meditative practice filled with invigorating sun salutations, seamless flows, and powerful standing sequences designed to build strength and flexibility. We’ll wrap up with deep stretches and a soothing cool-down, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and ready to take on the rest of your day. This class is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves and find peace in motion.
Restorative Candlelit Yoga with Sascha - 7 pm I 60 min
Unwind and reset in this soothing evening practice. Under the soft glow of candlelight, immerse yourself in gentle stretches and calming breath work designed to release tension and regulate your nervous system. Using supportive props to guide your body into deep relaxation, this restorative yoga class invites mindful movement to cultivate balance and peace. The perfect way to end your midweek, you'll leave feeling deeply rested and renewed!
Thursday
Gentle Yoga with Beth - 5:30 pm I 75 min
This gentle, slow-paced class encourages the release of tension and pain through a reawakening of mind-body connections, the use of supportive props and modifications, and curious exploration of your unique expression of each movement or pose. Recommended for all ages, bodies, and skill levels.
Hatha for Heat with Allison - 7 pm I 75 min
Strength does not come from speed. Slowing down and attuning to alignment enriches asana and opens space to change habits, both mental and physical. Expect deep core stabilization followed by workshopping a pose that then flows into a playful sequence. This class is great for anyone new or returning to yoga, experienced yogis looking to deepen their practice, or people recovering from injury and looking for a bridge between their physical therapy and other activities.

This class has a choose-your-own-adventure vibe. Whether you're just getting started or well on your way, expect a class that keeps things fresh by offering lots of variations and creative sequences.
