Class Descriptions
Monday
Blend with Brigitte - 5:30 pm I 75 min
A combination of flow and slow burn, this class offers opportunities link body and breath in different ways. Expect guided instruction in combination with time to “flow on your own”, giving each yogi the choice to move at their own pace, depth and intensity. Class will also include strengthening postures and playful balances. Seated, standing, supine and occasional inverted poses are all part of a typical class. This class is suitable for yogis with some experience; however yogis of all levels who are comfortable modifying for their bodies are welcome.
Tuesday
Deep Stretch with Brigitte - 5:30 pm I 75 min
This slow-paced class cultivates mindful awareness of body through yin-inspired deep stretches. Expect on the ground postures, long holds, and deep breaths. Accessible to all body types & skill levels.
Wednesday - Paused until Nov
Mindful Hatha with Lena - 5:30 pm I 60 min
This beginner-friendly class is offered with the intention of entering a state of relaxation, getting into alignment, and finding your wiggle. Explore how your body moves and find new ranges of motion. Each class is built on a core of classic hatha yoga postures with pointers on alignment and offers to go further. Includes some mixture of mindfulness, breathwork, and playful movement.
Restorative Candlelit Yoga with Lena - 7 pm
With the ambience of soft light, get fully supported with props and let gravity do the work. Only a few postures are explored each class, all on the floor. All you have to do is get set up, let go, and breathe. Release the work of summer as the days shorten
Thursday
Gentle Yoga with Beth - 5:30 pm I 75 min
This gentle, slow-paced class encourages the release of tension and pain through a reawakening of mind-body connections, the use of supportive props and modifications, and curious exploration of your unique expression of each movement or pose. Recommended for all ages, bodies, and skill levels.

All-Levels Vinyasa with Katy - 10 am I 75 min
This class has a choose-your-own-adventure vibe. Whether you're just getting started or well on your way, expect a class that keeps things fresh by offering lots of variations and creative sequences.
